Services, delivery, usage rights, revisions, and everything else you need to know.
SquareFoot Media provides real estate, property, and business media services for agents, brokerages, property owners, venues, and businesses.
Services include:
Not every service is included in every package. The exact deliverables are based on the package, order, quote, invoice, or written scope for your specific project.
SquareFoot Media is based in Brooklyn and serves NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, and surrounding areas within approximately a 90-minute drive.
Some locations may require a travel fee, which will always be discussed before booking.
Yes. If you are not sure what would work best for a property, I can help recommend a package based on the space, listing goals, budget, timeline, and how the media will be used.
All packages include a property website. A smaller apartment may only need photography and a floor plan, while a larger or more unique property may benefit from video, drone media, a 3D tour, twilight photography, virtual staging, or additional social media content.
Yes. Custom packages are available for larger properties, commercial spaces, venues, luxury listings, multi-level properties, headshot days, special video requests, twilight shoots, AI-assisted media, rush delivery, or projects with more complex creative direction.
Custom packages are quoted based on the services requested, property size, complexity, location, timing, and final deliverables.
After you book or request a shoot, we confirm the property details, services needed, access information, and any must-have shots or special requests.
At the shoot, SquareFoot Media captures the agreed media based on the scope of the project. Afterward, the media is edited, processed, and prepared for delivery.
Depending on the services ordered, delivery may include an online gallery, download link, property website, floor plan files, 3D tour link, video files, drone media, or other agreed deliverables.
Please provide as much relevant information as possible before the appointment, including:
The more information I have before the shoot, the smoother the process will be.
The property should be clean, ready, and photo-ready at the scheduled shoot time.
Please make sure lights are working, rooms are clean, clutter is removed, pets are secured, and all areas being photographed are accessible.
SquareFoot Media does not provide cleaning, staging, furniture moving, organizing, or property preparation unless this has been agreed to in advance.
If the property is not ready, I can still shoot it as-is, but the final media will reflect the condition of the property at the time of the shoot.
If the property is not ready or access is delayed, the shoot may proceed as-is, be shortened, or need to be rescheduled.
If SquareFoot Media has already traveled to the property and the shoot cannot be completed because of access issues, lack of readiness, or circumstances outside of my control, a return visit or no-access fee may apply.
SquareFoot Media offers 24-hour delivery for most standard services.
Some services may require additional time depending on the property size, complexity, scheduling, vendor processing, and the type of media ordered.
Services that involve third-party processing, such as floor plans, 3D tours, virtual staging, or more complex video work, are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
Oversized properties, commercial spaces, multi-level properties, custom media packages, extensive video work, AI-assisted media, and high-volume projects may require additional time.
Rush delivery may be available for some services for an additional fee. Rush requests must be discussed and agreed to in advance so the timeline can be confirmed before the shoot or before production begins.
If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before the shoot so I can confirm the delivery timeline.
Media may be delivered through an online gallery, property website, download portal, file-sharing link, or another delivery method selected by SquareFoot Media.
Media is typically delivered within the agreed delivery time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final downloadable files and usage rights are released after payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the completed deliverables are ready and shared for review.
Preview links, galleries, property websites, watermarked files, draft videos, or restricted download links may be shared before payment for review purposes.
Final downloadable files and usage rights are released after payment is received in full.
Media provided before payment is for review only.
Photos, videos, floor plans, drone media, property websites, previews, watermarked files, draft videos, or restricted download links may not be downloaded, posted, published, advertised with, submitted to listing platforms, shared publicly, or provided to third parties before payment is received in full.
Once the invoice is paid in full, the final media will be released for approved use.
Payment gives you usage rights to use the final delivered media for marketing the specific property or project photographed.
SquareFoot Media retains copyright ownership unless a separate written copyright transfer agreement is made.
This is standard in photography and media production. It allows you to use the media for the agreed purpose while allowing SquareFoot Media to retain ownership of the work it creates.
After payment is received in full, you may use the final delivered media to market the specific property, venue, or project photographed.
This may include:
Usage is limited to the specific property or project for which the media was created.
No. Usage rights apply only to the specific property or project photographed.
Media may not be reused for another listing, property, business, venue, project, or purpose without written permission from SquareFoot Media.
Not automatically.
Usage rights belong to the client who paid for the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third parties such as stagers, designers, builders, contractors, developers, vendors, publications, or other businesses must receive permission from SquareFoot Media before using the media.
A separate usage license may be available if needed.
Some services may include reasonable minor revisions, depending on the package and agreed scope.
Minor revisions may include things like:
Revisions do not include major re-editing, new creative direction, additional shooting, new deliverables, additional video formats, AI effects, virtual staging changes, or requests outside the agreed scope.
Additional edits may be quoted separately.
Please review delivered media as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, revision requests should be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the review link.
Requests made after the review period may be treated as additional work and may be quoted separately.
Drone media is included only if it is part of the agreed package, quote, or written scope.
Drone work is subject to weather, location, access, legal restrictions, airspace limitations, safety conditions, and pilot discretion.
SquareFoot Media is not required to fly a drone if conditions are unsafe, restricted, inappropriate, or unsuitable.
If drone footage cannot be captured safely or legally because of weather, restrictions, airspace, access issues, safety concerns, or other conditions outside of SquareFoot Media’s control, the project may proceed without drone footage unless otherwise agreed.
When possible, we may suggest alternative shots or reschedule the drone portion of the shoot.
Floor plans are intended for marketing purposes only.
They are not architectural, engineering, construction, or legal documents, and measurements are approximate.
Floor plan pricing may depend on property size, layout, complexity, number of levels, and access.
Yes. SquareFoot Media offers 3D tours, including Matterport and Zillow 3D tours, depending on the property and the client’s needs.
3D tours are useful for listings, rental properties, larger homes, commercial spaces, venues, and properties where buyers or guests may want to explore the space online.
3D tours may be subject to third-party platform processing, hosting, availability, and technical limitations.
Yes. Virtual staging may be available as an add-on.
Virtual staging is a creative marketing tool and may not perfectly represent exact dimensions, materials, furniture, views, or finishes.
Clients are responsible for making sure virtually staged images are used in accordance with any applicable MLS rules, brokerage policies, real estate advertising rules, and disclosure requirements.
Yes. SquareFoot Media offers both virtual twilight and real twilight photography.
Virtual twilight is created from a daytime image and digitally enhanced to create a twilight look. It is often a more flexible and cost-effective option.
Real twilight photography is captured on-site around sunset and depends on weather, timing, access, and scheduling availability.
Yes. AI-assisted media may be available depending on the project.
This can include AI-assisted video scenes, special effects, virtual staging for video, photo-to-video content, or other creative media enhancements.
AI-assisted work is quoted separately unless it is specifically included in the agreed scope.
Photo-to-video content uses still images to create short video-style content for social media, marketing, or property promotion.
This can be useful when a full video shoot is not needed, when a property already has strong photos, or when you want additional content from existing images.
Photo-to-video content may include motion, transitions, music, text, AI-assisted movement, or other creative effects depending on the agreed scope.
Yes. Headshots are available for agents, teams, brokerages, business owners, and professionals.
Headshot sessions may be quoted individually or as part of a group headshot day, depending on the number of people, location, setup, and final deliverables.
Raw files and raw footage are not included in standard deliverables unless specifically agreed in advance.
If raw footage is provided, it is delivered as-is and does not include editing, color correction, stabilization, sound editing, organization, naming, clip selection, or other post-production work unless separately agreed.
Yes, vertical and horizontal video versions may be available.
Please request this before the shoot whenever possible so the footage can be captured with both formats in mind.
Additional video versions or formats may be quoted separately depending on the scope.
No. SquareFoot Media provides media production and delivery, but does not manage client accounts, listings, websites, or social media platforms.
You will receive the final media files and links needed to upload or share the content yourself, or to provide them to your brokerage, marketing team, web developer, or listing coordinator.
MLS uploads, website updates, Google Business Profile updates, Facebook or Instagram posting, listing platform updates, account management, and general admin work are not included in SquareFoot Media services.
Yes. Additional services or changes can often be added, but they must be agreed in writing and may be quoted separately.
This may include additional edits, extra video versions, raw footage, drone media, virtual staging, rush delivery, new creative direction, return visits, or additional deliverables.
Please ask before the shoot whenever possible.
Additional services, special requests, extra edits, additional formats, rush delivery, AI-assisted work, raw footage, or custom deliverables can often be provided, but they must be agreed in writing and may be quoted separately.
